Horsens Rowing Club (English)
Established in 1890, Horsens Rowing Club is one of the oldest rowing clubs in Denmark and on June 16th 2015 we celebrated our 125 years anniversary
We have approximately 120 active members between 13 and 80+ years old.
You can choose between rowing inriggers on the beautiful Horsens Fjord where you can try various routes between 4 and 35 kilometers or rowing our various sculling boats on the Bygholm Sø, a lake in beautiful surroundings not far from our main clubhouse. At Bygholm Sø there is a camping site and a restaurant close to our boathouse.
We are happy to lend our boats to members of other rowing clubs against a small fee.
A life jacket for each rower is mandatory and may be borrowed from us.
Horsens Rowing Club has no dedicated guest rooms. You may spread your mattress and sleeping bag on the floor or pitch your tent on the lawn. You may also use our kitchen for cooking.
